Nexus 5 ?!?!

We have another leak/rumor to talk about today... this time its the new nexus device, it terms out the HTC droid incredible x, a 5 inch device, could be the new nexus flagship!

The Droid Incredible X will feature a 5-inch 1080p display running a Snapdragon S4 Proprocessor. It’s also said to come with a 12 MP rear camera and a 2 MP front-facing camera, with 64 GB of internal storage..

This again is just a rumor, so lets not get crazy about this,  We are expecting to hear something about a new Nexus device soon as it is coming up to the 1 year anniversary of the galaxy nexus ..

Ok ... so we have an HTC event in 48 hours... and we just got leaked two very interesting specs about a possible new smartphone !

-Snapdragon s4 pro quadcore processor running at 1.5ghz!!
-1080p display!!!
-5 inch

if this is true, its going to to be a beast! We know what the s4 pro can do ( its the best CPU +GPU out at the moment running the new adreno 320 graphics )

if 1080p display is true, its going to put the pixel density in the 400s!!

This device will be the king of phones in terms of performance !

lets see if this rumours are true in 48 hours!

The FIND 5.... 1080p... 441 PPI

Theres not a great deal we know about the company Oppo... but i can tell you this.. .This device has amazing specs!

-1080p display

- 5 inch screen

- 441 PPI!!!

The biggest thing to note here is the PPI... the "all amazing" retina display is 326 PPI...... so yea.. this 441 PPI display, is going to look amazing!

So the iPhone 5 is finally here, here are a few things we know will definitely happen.....

1) It will sell 20million+ in the first month
2)Ifans will love it no matter what

Now i am not going to slate the next gen iPhone because i think Apple make good hardware and good products,
Im also not going to paint every Apple user with the same brush, a lot of my friends are Apple users and they dont idolise a phone!
however, its very annoying when Apple "fanboys" say its the perfect phone and there is no way it could be better.... well if that were true, why do you buy the next one every time!

You may also remember the argument that all Apple fanboys  swore by, in that 3.5inch was the perfect size... blah blah blah... sorry to tell you then... but your beloved company has bumped up the screen size to 4inch! so obviously they thought different ...

Apple Lies about the iPhone 5 

Ok, Ok , so its not as dramatic as the Title seems, but its still valid!

In the keynote apple touted that the iPhone 5 is the thinnest smartphone in the world.....  it seems they did not do their research!

Now the phones that are thinner are not exactly the iPhone Killers .... infact you may not have heard of them at all

Both These smartphones are thinner than the newly announced iPhone 5...

And although these are not the best devices in the world, they are still thinner ! so the claims are false!

They have also changed the dock connector to  smaller "lighting" port ... great for transfer speed.... bad for all your old accessories... you will now to to hand over more cash to buy an adapter!

Apple officially schedules event for September 12th!

Although not officially confirmed as the Iphone 5 Event , we are all but sure this is what is going to be announced .

If you look carefully at the official image above, you can see the 1 and 2 of the 12  casting a shadow of what looks to be a 5.... 

This all but confirms that we are going to see the Iphone 5 on September the 12th.

What we expect / Rumours

• Larger display... around 4 inchs
• Retina display
• CPU will probably be the new A5x that is in the "New Ipad" 
• IOS6 which is accompanied with a host of new features including a new and improved siri 

Im sure Apple will also have a surprise up their sleeve.... 

Can the Iphone 5 beat out the galaxy s 3s 20 million sold mark!

Time will tell.....

Galaxy Note 2  announced!

   - 1.6ghz Exynos quad core processor
   - 2gb of ram
   - 16/32/64 gb internal storage
   - New S-pen!








This powerhouse is due to be released in Europe on October the 16th for around £550
 The phone comes in two colour options, Titanium Gray and Marble White,

GLBenchmark 2.1 Pro ( offscreen)    - 144 fps
GLBenchmark 2.1 Egypt ( offscreen) - 105 fps


The Note 2 also scores the best of any handset available at the moment in the sunspider browser test with a score of 972ms compared to the galaxy s3 1304ms.... Lower is of course better ... to put that in comparison my M15X laptop scored 228ms.



Initial impressions show that the galaxy note 2 is going to be a hit!
